Happy Thanksgiving

My precious Emma, I am so very thankful for the life of you. The silly smiles and the crazy curls you have. They are really crazy in the morning as you can see above. I am so thankful for your full of life spirit and the way you tell your brother and sister what to do as if you were the mommy. Your smile is infectious and so so sweet. We are so thankful you are ours.

Mr Nate, mommy's sweet boy! We are thankful for your life also, but we are thankful for your so so sweet personality, the way you pat the girls when they cry. I am thankful for the way you say "Mama and when I ask for more kisses you put your tiny finger by my lips and so gently give Mama more kisses." Daddy is thankful for your love of balls and the fact that you show very very strong signs of being left handed. Daddy has longed for a little boy that he could teach to love baseball as much as he does. We love you little man.

Miss Alli Cat! Oh my miss Diva where do I begin. We are very grateful to have one girlie girl.

We are thankful for your love of things and how you collect your toys and keep track of them all day. You melt down if your brother and sister touch anything you have collected. The way you have grown to love signing is amazing and shows us just how smart you are. I love the way you love your pony tail and cry when I come in and Emma has one and you don't. (Emma has to have one in or her hair is in her eyes.) We are also thankful that when you go to bed at night that you believe in sleeping for the long haul, except the little spell we had a few weeks ago where you didn't want to sleep. I love, love, love to hear you sucking on your passie when you are first going to sleep, when you wake up in the night and are trying to go back to sleep and when you are getting close to waking in the morning.

We are very thankful that you all know who is on the cross when you tell "Jesus night night" and make the sign of the cross every night before bed. We will continue to teach you about our Father and all the was sacrificed for your life. Most of all our precious angels we are thankful that God saw fit to give us the chance to show him that we would be the best Mamma and Daddy we could be.

We are thankful also for our wonderful family and friends, we love you all.

Below are some pictures of Miss Tammy our dt making hand painted turkey's. When all was done she gave you a bath since mamma still could not bend over the tub.

Halloween

The day started off business as usual...Mommy to work before dawn and daddy got the kids ready early because Ginger had to come on Friday this week. Mame came right after Ginge showed up and daddy brought out the new addition to therapy. The trampoline! Ot was loved by all today. Jumping and more jumping and everyone was happy. I got home just as they were finishing up lunch. Amy helped me get everyone ready and loaded up as daddy was arriving home from work and we were off to the races, oops I mean trick or treating, if you could call it that. Our first stop was Walgreens to see Aunt Tammy. Then we went to see Connie and then it was off....
to see Ginger at her feeding clinic. Ginger is one of our OT. She was so glad to see us and took us treating at the offices in her building. Nate caught on real quick as to you put your hand in and you pull out "OH, something to eat!"
I had one pigie and daddy had caught the "bad pigies" that had ran off.
I took this picture on Wednesday when we were trying out our costume see if they liked them. I think it is the best shot of everyone together.
We stoped at Aunt Terrie's and got to see our cousins Tessa and...

Zoe...and a couple others I don't have pictures of...
Our next stop was to grandma and grandpa's (Donnie's mom and dad).

Then we went to see mamaw at work (my step mom) papaw was at work and it was to far out to try to make that stop also. By this time they were screaming as I put them back in their car seat.
We got home and Connie had made dinner and our cousins from mommies side of the family came to trick or treat with us in our neighbor hood.
This was waiting with great patients to get out the door. I ran outside to get them looking out just before we left the house. I knew we would not be gone for long for several reasons, the main one being three tired 21 month olds.
This was our first Official house... Every house we went to said "Oh it is the triplets!"
These are Jordan's jack o lanterns. She lives on our street and loves to play with us on our evening walks.
On our journey we meet Spider Man...aka Dylan. Dylan is Tom and Brandi's son and Tom...
is Miss Alli's godfather...Oh and daddy's friend.
Aunt Tammy was on our walk all ready with us but she is also Miss Emma's godmother...
Once we were back home we sat on the floor to see all the loot we had collected. Some of it was gifts from Aunt Tammy and Aunt Connie. Donnie and I both have siblings but some of our really close friends have become aunts and uncles to us. I remember when I was growing up we all had "mom's and dad's or aunt's and uncle's that was just inherited through friends and neighbors and these kiddos are no different.
They all made out like little bandits and was so into seeing what they had gotten. Darma is another one of the little girls on the street and they picked out the little duckies you see in Nate's hands...
I must say Alli was the most thrilled with what she got. One by one she took everything out of her basket to look at and did not want any help from us and especially not Nate who was sitting next to her. I saw her reach for Nate and he had picked up something she had laid out of her goodies and she took it back and said "no that Alli's."
They all tasted their suckers they are eating in these pictures with the paper on so they got to try them out with no paper also...
They all did really well the main problem was that no one liked the sticky part! They would lick and slobber and then want their hands washed. It was too cute! Nate would with a big sad look say "stickie" and want it off now...
Alli did great and could not wait to get in her chair when I asked if they wanted a bite.
After the suckers they were in great need of a bath and Amy, Nicholas, Katlyn and her friend Paige came just in the nick of time to help us take really fast baths. It was in and out and diapered and brushed (brushing is the treatment we are doing for all babies due to sensory issues) and lotioned and jamies (our pumpkin jamies from Children's Place for 2.50) on in record time. Then it was off to discover more loot! Aunt Amy and the kids brought us more goodies.
Amy is Nate's godmother.

and Connie is Alli's. We didn't to bad we only didn't see two our of six godparents. All in all we had a great day and evening. Happy Halloween!
