They kids were just amazed at the new toys mama pulled out of the closet. They did not know that these even existed. Grandma and grandpa got them three Fisher Price Little People sets for Christmas last year and they were never opened because they were a bit small for them. They got a Christmas town complete with a singing Christmas tree that lights up and a few other things. The other two sets will prove to teach them great things and hopefully head them down the path of believing and following the true reason of the season, "Baby Jesus." As it stands now they know exactly who is in the little crib and who his mommy is. Joseph is a bit harder to remember then Mary. They also know that the angel is on top keeping watch. Every day when we are playing I try to work on one piece of the Nativity puzzle and we talk about "Baby Jesus." Hopefully these will all be lessons well learned and as they grow into the ruff years of life they will be grateful that they have learned to walk by the guidance of the Lord and not peer pressure.

Verdict is in...
The verdict is in, I am having my gallbladder removed next Wednesday. The bad part about it is I can not lift for seven full days:( That is going to be a ruff one with three 21month olds. Ginger one of the kids ot had offered to come by in the mornings to help get them up, brushed and dressed and the rest well Prayer has always guided my hand to know what to do and I am positive it will not fail me now. So this afternoon I had lots to do and started with removing the rest of the summer things from the closet leaving couple of pairs of shorts and t shirts for each just in case this crazy Indiana weather says we need them. Tried on some things that needed to be gone through behind the super yard in the picture below. While I was working in the closet in the nursery the kids were having great fun as you can tell by the floor in the picture. They were happy and I was able to get a few things accomplished. I have to get that mess taken care of before Wednesday. That is going to be a ruff one because I now work Fri, Sat, Sun, and Mon. Mamaw came by this evening since she didn't get to come by last night. My dad was in the hospital. He had some facial numbness and was admitted for test. It was discovered that there is plac breaking away in the arteries and bouncing off the brain causing it. They said this could happen from time to time. All is well and he went back to work this evening. So I am off to bed to begin my long weekend bright and early at 5 am.

Daddy Day
It was a daddy day. This was the "good monen (morning) da dee, hod (hold) you." Everyone was all about daddy this morning. So daddy held everyone together. We had a late nap today because grandma and grandpa came to see us today. We were all a little "disorganized" as Ginger calls it. I call it miss come bobulated! After our big day on Friday they were all a bit over stimulated and out of sorts. They all were fussy all day. When they got up Nate just could not get it together even after being brushed. Brushing is a program that we do for all three babies that helps with the sensory problems they have. Emma by far has the least problems and Nate and Alli are a lot worse. Brushing has been a God send for Alli. When we began Alli would not engage in activity with Emma and Nate or anyone else. She did not like to be held, she just wanted to be by herself and no one touch her. I spent a lot of time feeling guilty because I didn't hold her and cuddle her like the other two. She was just a much happier baby being left alone. Once we started brushing and she had gotten up a bit after they went to bed one night and she let me hold her I didn't want to put her down and I cried when she reached up and touched my face. She finally fell asleep and I had Donnie take a picture because I didn't want to forget that moment. The link above explains more about this and helped me to understand the differences between Nate and Alli. Nate responds very differently to things then Alli. Thanks Gen McNulty for the great article about sensory integration. Boy did I get off track {he he}. So back to Nate...Daddy snuck Nate out to the garage while I finished dinner and they had not been out there long when Donnie called me on the phone to sneak out the front door to look at Nate and asked me to take a picture. See below...

Halloween
This was our first Official house... Every house we went to said "Oh it is the triplets!"
On our journey we meet Spider Man...aka Dylan. Dylan is Tom and Brandi's son and Tom...
is Miss Alli's godfather...Oh and daddy's friend.
Aunt Tammy was on our walk all ready with us but she is also Miss Emma's godmother...
I must say Alli was the most thrilled with what she got. One by one she took everything out of her basket to look at and did not want any help from us and especially not Nate who was sitting next to her. I saw her reach for Nate and he had picked up something she had laid out of her goodies and she took it back and said "no that Alli's."
They all tasted their suckers they are eating in these pictures with the paper on so they got to try them out with no paper also...
After the suckers they were in great need of a bath and Amy, Nicholas, Katlyn and her friend Paige came just in the nick of time to help us take really fast baths. It was in and out and diapered and brushed (brushing is the treatment we are doing for all babies due to sensory issues) and lotioned and jamies (our pumpkin jamies from Children's Place for 2.50) on in record time. Then it was off to discover more loot! Aunt Amy and the kids brought us more goodies.
Amy is Nate's godmother.
and Connie is Alli's. We didn't to bad we only didn't see two our of six godparents. All in all we had a great day and evening. Happy Halloween!

Just another day...
This is a first for Miss Alli. I went in after nap time which was really a party and when I asked "what are you doing?" Alli quickly showed me her new trick. You can hear Emma in the back ground counting. We taped this when we were getting ready for bed. We are doing a brushing program to help with the sensitivity problems and that is how they are learning to count. We brush arms, hands, legs, feet and back. Three times each and then we do joint compressions ten times at shoulder, knee, feet, toes and chest. They are growing and learning more and more every day.
